Seagull is an OO PHP framework with the core modules licensed under BSD, and the following Design Goals.

Well, a silly title for a lengthy process of finding some CMS suitable to our goals.

If nothing else, this emerging php framework give a list of desires. I’d like any CMS to have meta-data fields associated with each piece of content (not sure this does), static pages or dynamic pages, some kind of workflow, sit on top of *sql, and more…

Mostly wanted to mark the Seagull site.
