How much do you want one of these!!
I’d rather have an OSX version of the same… it has Inkwell which descends from the Newton handwriting recognition software. Despite the Doonesbury jokes about the first Newton, by the end of the Newton’s life (messagepad 2000) handwriting recognition worked very well.

I don’t know what Microsoft’s capabilities are with the tablet version of Windows.

Will handwriting recognition change the way we use computers? Is it a vain attempt to pull in and mimic the analog world? I don’t know… perhaps a decade of time since the last newton was produced is telling. But, after using a good Newton for some time I can’t imagine not having handwriting recognition on one of these things.
