I’m sold! Woodflame bbq looks like a great alternative to the big, ugly, old gas grill soiling our patio or clogging our tiny garage. Uses hardwood chunks as fuel… the only downside is the use of 4 D cell batteries to power a fan used to promote air circulation, thus promoting an efficient burn. I like the idea and will see if a local dealer has one.

Trade CDs for an iPod — Sounds like a fine idea to me… if only I actually needed a new iPod! I like the prices of used CDs here… really pretty great and a decent business model for the used CD market. Surpised the RIAA hasn’t shut this down.

I love watches. Apropos of not much, Steve Jobs when rolling out the then new iMac in 1998 talked about how most people owned upwards to seven watches apiece. I own several, in various working order unfortunately. If I could justify the cost this would be my next watch: Angelo Mangiarotti’s Maritime Wristwatch
