Katie Jones
Isn’t stealing an internet address post-facto, even if it is only in print format (book title Katie.com came AFTER (2000 ) in the katie who actually owns the domain registered it (1996).
The lawyers for the book subject (author?) are now threatening the domain name owner.
If this lawyer is correct in her threats, and I don’t think she is, does that mean someone can title a book the same as my street address of the house I own and then turn around and sue me?
