Our post-thanksgiving day trip to cut a tree down for the next holiday typically is followed by a walk. This walk was shorter due to waning light and certain under-dressed people. Not far inland the snow was several inches heavier than in Portland. The dog, for one, needed to get outside.
From August. But he is full energy after a 4.5 mule run this afternoon.

Light snow in late fall, or early winter: expectant, exciting, fresh… Any snow late March: Meh. Even the dog agrees. It was just a passing squall however, it was nothing.
Not quite the “aussie stare” but close. Sigo and Mattie outside wanting to do something!

I’m glad the snow is melting … but this was fun.
