It was easily the best, warmest, longest summer I’ve experienced in Maine since moving here in 1995. Of the great vegetables from my garden, only a few cucumbers remain.

Yes I used hot water through the hose connected in the basement. Yes that’s ice on the ground. Yes it was slippery. Yes the water froze on the car… But I won.
